- AI-powered room redesign visualisation (free feature)
- Online cost estimation and design consultation
3. Consultations & Quotations
Initial design consultations are provided free of charge. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope modifications, and site conditions. A formal agreement will be executed before commencement of any project work.
4. Project Execution & Timelines
We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline (typically 35–45 days for standard residential projects). Delays caused by client-side factors such as delayed approvals, site access issues, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Kumar & Kumar Interiors. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimise impact.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in the project agreement. Typically, payments are structured in milestones: an advance upon booking, progress payments during execution, and final payment upon completion. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.
6. Warranty
Kumar & Kumar Interiors provides a warranty on workmanship and materials as specified in the project agreement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.
7. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, 3D renders, layouts, and creative work produced by Kumar & Kumar Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce, share, or use our designs with third parties without written consent. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the designs for their property.
8. Website Usage
Our website including the AI Room Redesign tool, price calculators, and chat assistant are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, estimates and AI-generated visualisations are approximate and may differ from final designs. The website uses cookies and analytics to improve user experience — see our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kumar & Kumar Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
